"The advantage of a bad memory is that one enjoys several times the same good things for the first time." ~ Friedrich Nietzsche

Nietzsche was only joking, I'm sure. But for many people, believing they have a "bad memory" can be quite stressful.

After all, it's no fun to forget someone's name. And nobody enjoys missing an appointment due to the poor excuse that they forgot about it.

If you think your memory is terrible, first take a deep breath and relax. Believe me, lots of people feel the same way.

Don't give up on your memory. Take ownership instead. Replace that stressful feeling with tools and strategies to help you remember what is most important to you.

For example: learn the technique for remembering people's names. To remember appointments, set up a calendar, either online or on paper. As described on my website, there are many memory improvement strategies you can put in place to help you recall things better.

I hope you enjoy the free information and resources in the Free Memory Tips newsletter below, and on my site, Memory-Improvement-Tips.com.

Stay safe and be well,
