A friend sent this Escapa! game to me through email. This highly addictive game is great for improving your concentration.

HOW TO PLAY. The object of the game is to move the red block around without getting hit by the blue blocks or touching the black walls.

If you can go longer than 18 seconds, you are phenomenal. It's been said that the US Air Force uses this for fighter pilots. They are expected to go for at least 2 minutes!! My personal best, without cheating, is 24.187 seconds.

I have no idea who wrote this game. I've seen it on several websites around the Internet. If you are the author, feel free to email me, and I'll give you the credit.

Concentration, Memory, ADHD, and More: Take Steps to Improve Your Brain Power

Nearly everyone wants to be smarter, more intelligent, and have a better memory. But if you can't concentrate, you can't learn or remember. That's why people with attention deficit disorders such as ADD or ADHD have so much trouble learning and remembering, especially with school work.. They simply can't focus long enough to absorb the details of what they are studying.

That's why attention span is so important. Your ability to focus on information dictates how well you can absorb and remember it. That's why many intelligent people have a look of intensity in their gaze. Their ability to concentrate, to block out distractions and pay attention to one thing at a time, is very highly developed.

Fortunately, you can improve your attention span and concentration. One way is to take better care of your brain through regular exercise, restful sleep, and eating healthy brain foods and vitamins. The other way is through brain training.

This is just one of the many free brain games on my website, Memory-Improvement-Tips.com that can boost your brain power and improve your ability to concentrate.
