Which vitamins to support memory?

What vitamins would support my problem with short-term memory loss. I will acknowledge a fact then 10 minutes later I do not remember. Then maybe 24 hours later I recall the fact!
Doug's Reply: There are no miracle cures for a poor memory, but it is possible you might have a vitamin deficiency.
Which vitamin to take depends on what your problem is (which we don't know). You might want to start with a B multi-vitamin once a day, since B vitamins play such an important role in memory.
Also consider supplementing with Vitamin C for the antioxidant effect.
You might want to consider fish oil for the omega-3 fatty acids. The omegas are an important component of brain tissue.
There's more info about vitamins and the brain here:

But don't restrict yourself to vitamins... If you forget things immediately, you might have a problem with concentration.
Maybe you aren't getting enough restful sleep or exercise... and meditation might help. Check out the other sections of my website for more information about these.
The way to approach a poor memory is to try different things until you figure out what works for you. Everyone is a little different.
