Welcome to PuzzleGrams! This kind of puzzle is great for improving your spatial reasoning skills. The object is to flip and rotate the various colored pieces on the screen to fit in the empty light-gray rectangle in the middle.
To begin, click the Medium link under the picture at left. This opens the game in a pop-up window. |
Click the game once to activate the control. Then click and drag the first piece to the middle of the screen.
Place the puzzle pieces to completely fill in the light gray puzzle board in the center. There are 36 brain-teasing jigsaw puzzles to choose from. Similar to tangrams, this game is based on the old Game Boy game Daedalian Opus.
To rotate a piece, click the piece then click the Rotate Left, Flip Piece, or Rotate Right buttons. To drag a piece, left-click the piece and hold down the button while dragging the mouse. Flip and rotate each piece in such a way that you can fit all the pieces into the center spot.
For example, on Level 1, there are three puzzle pieces (grey, red, and blue) and a rectangular light-gray space in the middle. Flip, rotate, and drag the pieces until they fit into that rectangle.
If you can't figure out one of the harder puzzles, click the Options link then the Puzzle Solutions link to see the solutions.
This PuzzleGrams game is fun and challenging, and could keep you occupied for quite a while. Enjoy!
