The Memory Lists puzzle gadget is another awesome creation from Google engineer Wei-Hwa Huang.
This gadget contains 35 lists consisting of various types of information. Each list has a timer. Your goal is to recall as many items in the list as possible in the alotted time.
HOW TO PLAY. To start with "Puzzle 1" (List 1, in other words), simply click the Start button. In the box, enter the first item in the list (from memory) and press the Enter key. Each item you get right appears below the box. The amount of time remaining also appears below the box.
If you don't want to start with the first list, you can skip ahead to other lists in the gadget. (To skip ahead, click the "+" button, then click the "Get Puzzle X" button.)
I found some of the lists to be quite difficult; you may want to start with the ones you find easier. Feel free to consult Wikipedia in advance. Then come back here and try to remember the items while you are being timed!
Following is a list of the "memory lists" in this gadget.
Taking the time to memorize some (or all!) of these lists is a great memory exercise. Have fun!
