I discovered if I watch soccer or any other thing I remember easily but I don't remember easily in my studies. Please I would like you to help me out in order to improve in my studies and job skills.
Doug's Reply: You probably remember soccer better because it interests you. I think your challenge is going to be figuring out how to be motivated and even excited to study.
Keep in mind the benefits studying and learning will bring. You will be able to get a higher paying job, you will more easily become an expert in your field, you will be better able to help other people solve their problems. You can probably think of even more reasons.
It's important to really comprehend "why" you are studying. Believe me, if you don't care about what you are doing, you are going to have a hard time remembering it.
Besides increasing your motivation, you might want to start using memory techniques. Read through the Memory Systems section of my website for some ideas on how to do that.
You might also want to consider purchasing "The Memory Book" by Harry Lorayne. It is an inexpensive classic that explains very powerful methods for remembering almost any kind of information. Lorayne has another book called "Super Memory, Super Student" which explains techniques that you can use to memorize school work in particular.
If you have any other questions, let me know. Best of luck to you.

Douglas
