What is the best meditation for a vegeterian to improve memory power?
Doug's Reply: The only type of meditation I am familiar with is Mindfulness meditation. In a broad sense, this involves paying close attention to your breathing to the exclusion of all other distractions.
By clearing your mind and focusing on deep, regular breathing, your awareness is enhanced which in turn leads to heightened concentration.

As far as I know, the type of diet you follow is not going to affect which type of mediation is best for you. I would say start with Mindfulness mediation (because it is fairly easy to do). Then learn about and try other types if you feel you want to explore further in this area.
