Journal to Remember Events

Some people have trouble remembering events. (I am one of those people.) The details really fade away as the years go by.

Journaling is a great way to counteract this. It is similar to keeping a diary.

Each evening before bedtime, record the day's events in a journal or notebook. Months and years later, you can look back and refresh your memory of the many important events that have occurred during your life.
